The service price list is available on the website www.bencsport.si.

Enrolment in the Training Programme

By enrolling in the training programme, the participant is guaranteed a place in a group, a coach, as well as access to the programme, equipment and tennis balls required for the entire training period.

Enrolment is completed via the online registration form.

Training Programme

Training sessions take place from 7 September 2026 to 23 June 2027. Regular training sessions are not held during public holidays and school holidays.

If the number of children in a training group falls below three, the provider may, subject to prior agreement with the payer, transfer the children to another training session and/or merge training groups.

Access to the tennis court is permitted only with appropriate sports footwear, specifically clean tennis shoes suitable for use on a carpet court surface.

Withdrawal from the Training Programme

The payer may withdraw from the programme at any time. Withdrawal must be submitted by email to bencsport@t-2.si.

Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the provider will send the payer a confirmation of withdrawal by email. The withdrawal shall be considered effective on the date the payer receives the withdrawal confirmation.

In the event of withdrawal from the training programme, the payer is required to pay the current monthly instalment and one additional monthly instalment, which allows the provider time to attempt to fill the vacated place in the training group.

Withdrawal from the training programme is only possible if the payer has settled all outstanding obligations as of the date of withdrawal.

Absence from Training Sessions

In the event of an excused absence due to illness or injury lasting more than two weeks, the participant may make up the missed training sessions in another group, provided that the absence is reported in advance or no later than seven days after the first missed session to bencsport@t-2.si.

Make-up sessions are only possible by prior agreement with the head of the tennis school (Tina) and subject to availability of a place in another group.

An absence shall be considered excused only if appropriate medical or health documentation is provided.

In the event of absence from a training session for any reason, the training fee will not be refunded.

Liability

Participation in training sessions and other programmes is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

Accident insurance for participants is not included in the service price.

Training Fees

Training fees are charged monthly. The monthly instalment amounts to 1/10 of the total annual training fee.

The annual training fee includes all training sessions within the training period. The monthly instalment does not change according to the actual number of training sessions held in an individual month.

Training sessions that are not held due to public holidays and school holidays are already taken into account when determining the annual training fee.

The training period runs from and including 7 September 2026 through and including 23 June 2027. Regular training sessions are not held during public holidays and school holidays.

Training fees are charged from the date of enrolment or, if the enrolment is completed before the start of the training period, from 7 September 2026.
